| Pine garden area is the high standard care hotel, which
owns high pines and long-running water. It was first built in 1936
(part of it was the Conghua branch hotel of the Zhujiang care hotel,
built by Mr. Liang Peiji and Liang Shangbo). After the liberation,
Comrade Taozhu planned to establish 7 high standard villas with different
size, which were comprised by 54 rooms and 2 meeting rooms. All these
were prepared for Party and national leaders. It won the name as ¡°the
winter Zhong Nan Hai¡±. |

No. 1 Pine Garden
It was especially built for Chairman Mao Zedong in 1959, with 1128©O
of construction areas. It has received Party and National leaders,
foreign presidents and other famous persons:

Chenyi, He long, Xu Xiangqian, Chenyun, Pengzhen, Luo Ruiqing, Wang

Built in 1955, it covers a construction area of 648©O. It is the early
high standard reception building, with nationality characteristics.
